A lot of FIT LVN’S clients are not new to the gym and getting fit, the common answer between all of my new clients when I ask them about what is and isn’t working for their current fitness routines is finding and executing a proper fitness plan. This is the hardest thing most of our clients find when trying to reach their goals.

Setting up a fitness plan is a step by step process of:

  • Nutritional advice
  • Workout plans
  • Motivation and accountability
